Prithvi Softech announces change in directorate

With effect from 16 January 2015

Prithvi Softech announced that P. Delichand Jain and V. G. Venkatdri has resigned from the board w.e.f 16 January 2015.

Further the board co-opted Anuradha, as (independent woman) additional director and Pavan Kumar as an additional director w.e.f. 16 January 2015.
