Impex Ferro Tech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 January 2015, has appointed Nanda Samai an Additional Director of the Company as per the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and rules thereof and Listing Agreement entered into with the Stock Exchanges.
