At board meeting held on 28 May 2015
Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:1. G. Narayana steps down from the position of the Chairman and also as the Director of the Company.
The Board of Directors while recognizing his invaluable and continuous contribution has nominated and designated him as the "Chairman Emeritus" of the Company.
2. Elevation of Mukesh Dayabhai Patel, Independent Director and Vice Chairman of the Company as the Chairman of the Company.
3. Nomination of Sheo Prasad Singh, Additional Director as the Independent Director of the Company and his appointment as Independent Director shall be placed before the Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).

4. S. S. Tiwari, Whole Time Director (WTD) has resigned as the WTD of the Company. The Board of Directors has approved his resignation.
The Board of Directors has now appointed him as an Additional Director of the Company.
