With effect from 01 December 2014
Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection announced that Export- Import Bank of India has withdrawn the nomination of Sheo Prasad Singh, Nominee Director from the Board of the Company w.e.f. 01 December 2014.The Board of Directors has, way of circular resolution, accepted the withdrawal of nomination of Sheo Prasad Singh.
