With effect from 14 August 2015
Punjab National Bank announced that, in terms of Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India Notification dated 14 August 2015, Usha Ananthasubramanian, has been appointed as Managing Director and Chief Executive officer of the Bank for a period of three years from the date of taking over charge of the post or till the date of superannuation i.e. 30 September 2018 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.Usha Ananthasubramanian has assumed the charge of Managing Director & CEO of the Bank on 14 August 2015.
