Punjab National Bank launches QIP issue

With floor price of Rs 35.51 per equity share

Punjab National Bank launched a qualified institutional placement (QIP) issue today, 10 May 2021 with floor price of Rs 35.51 per share. The capital raising committee of the Bank will meet on 14 May 2021 to consider and determine the issue price for the equity shares to be allotted pursuant to the issue.
