PVR announces cessation of nominee director

Following sale of stake held in PVR by L Capital Eco

PVR announced that consequent upon sale of entire 62,44,898 equity shares of PVR by L Capital Eco their nominee, Ravinder S. Thankan has resigned as Director from the Board of PVR.

On his ceasing as Director, Narayan Ramachandran, his alternate, has also ceased as the Director from the Board of the PVR.
