Quadrant Televentures fixes record date for reduction of capital

Quadrant Televentures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has fixed the record date as 26 November 2014 for the purpose of identification of shareholders who would be entitled to receive the stickers/shares with reduced face value of Re. 1 per share, pursuant to the approved Reduction of Capital.
