Nifty Auto index ended down 3.83% at 7020.75 today. The index is up 0.00% over last one month. Among the constituents, Hero MotoCorp Ltd slipped 6.20%, Tata Motors Ltd fell 5.13% and Maruti Suzuki India Ltd dropped 4.40%. The Nifty Auto index is down 35.00% over last one year compared to the 4.92% decline in benchmark Nifty 50 index. In other indices, Nifty Realty index is down 3.73% and Nifty PSU Bank index is down 3.67% on the day. In broad markets, the Nifty 50 is down 1.69% to close at 10817.6 while the SENSEX is down 1.73% to close at 36481.09 today.
