Quick Wrap: Nifty PSE Index gains 0.59%

Nifty PSE index closed up 0.59% at 3245.5 today. The index has gained 0.00% over last one month. Among the constituents, Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd added 2.76%, NTPC Ltd rose 2.10% and Oil & Natural Gas Corpn Ltd dropped 1.05%. The Nifty PSE index has fallen 4.00% over last one year compared to the 11.66% increase in benchmark Nifty 50 index. In other indices, Nifty Media index has dropped 0.52% and Nifty Energy index gained 0.50% on the day. In broad markets, the Nifty 50 recorded a gain of 0.12% to close at 12182.5 while the SENSEX recorded a gain of 0.13% to close at 41306.02 today.
