Quick Wrap: Nifty Realty Index rises 4.14%

Nifty Realty index closed up 4.14% at 266.6 today. The index is up 0.00% over last one month. Among the constituents, Oberoi Realty Ltd gained 9.88%, Godrej Properties Ltd added 6.69% and Sunteck Realty Ltd rose 4.17%. The Nifty Realty index is up 3.00% over last one year compared to the 2.23% decline in benchmark Nifty 50 index. In other indices, Nifty Auto index added 3.60% and Nifty PSU Bank index added 3.11% on the day. In broad markets, the Nifty 50 added 0.30% to close at 11035.7 while the SENSEX added 0.34% to close at 37270.82 today.
