R Systems International will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 October 2015, to consider and approve the audited standalone financial results and the unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 30 September 2015. To consider and approve the declaration of third interim dividend, if any, for the year 2015.
