R Systems Intl approval for scheme of amalgamation

R Systems International announced the Scheme of Amalgamation between RightMatch Holdings and the Company with their respective shareholders and creditors. Based on its valuation report issued by Jain Gandharv & Associates dated 24 October 2019, 8,828,489 fully paid up equity shares of the face value Re 1/- each of R Systems is to be issued and allotted to equity shareholders of RightMatch in same proportion of their respective equity shareholding in RightMatch.
