Rane Brake Lining has fixed 16 August 2017 as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on 23 August 2017.The final dividend, if declared by the shareholders will be paid / dispatched on 30 August 2017 to the eligible shareholders.
