Rane Engine Valve has fixed 14 August 2017 as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on 21 August 2017.The dividend, if declared by the shareholders will be paid / dispatched on 28 August 2017 to be eligible shareholders.
