Rei Agro announced that Ranjan Majumder, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has tendered his resignation to the Board of Directors of the Company from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 30 July 2014 has accepted and taken note of it.
