Relaxo Footwears hits record high; jumps over 7% in three days

Relaxo Footwears rose 2.48% to Rs 495.40, extending recent gains on strong buying demand.

Shares of Relaxo Footwears surged 7.43% in three trading sessions to its current market price of Rs 495.40, from a recent closing low of Rs 461.10 on 4 September 2019.

On BSE, 12,000 shares were traded in Relaxo Footwears counter, compared to a 2-week average of 3,191 shares. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs 512.45, which is also a record high for the counter. The stock hit an intraday low of Rs 490. It hit a 52-week low of Rs 333 on 12 October 2018.

 

The stock outperformed the market over the past one month, rising 12.72% compared with 0.01% rise in the Sensex. It also outperformed the market in past one year, gaining 15.65% as against Sensex's 3.30% rise.
