Reliance Industries allots NCDs aggregating Rs 5500 crore

On private placement basis

Reliance Industries has allotted 25,000 Partly-paid Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs.10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs.2,500 crore (PPD Series lA Debentures); and 30,000 Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible _Debentures of face value of Rs.10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs.3,000 crore (PPD Series IB Debentures) on private placement basis.
