Manappuram Finance to raise up to Rs 10 crore

Through private placement of NCDs

Manappuram Finance announced that the company's Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors approved issue of Unlisted Unrated Secured Non-Convertible debentures having a face value of Rs.1000 each on a private placement basis up to an aggregate value of Rs.10 crore.
