Reliance Power consolidated net profit rises 250.77% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 0.10% to Rs 2466.49 crore

Net profit of Reliance Power rose 250.77% to Rs 215.90 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 61.55 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 0.10% to Rs 2466.49 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 2468.94 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 23.31% to Rs 1104.16 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 895.45 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 0.94% to Rs 10395.65 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 10298.63 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
