Risa International appoints company secretary and compliance officer

With effect from 23 June 2016

Risa International announced Rekha Jain has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from 23 June 2016 pursuant to section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
