RPG Life Sciences announces resignation of MD

With effect from 30 September 2014

RPG Life Sciences announced that Ajit Singh Chouhan has tendered his resignation as the Managing Director of the Company. The Board of Directors by way of circular resolution passed on 22 September 2014, have accepted his resignation and consented to relieve Chouhan on close of working hours on 30 September 2014. Chouhan will continue as a Director on the Board of the Company.

Till the new Managing Director is appointed, V. K. Singh, Chief Executive - API, Biotech and Global Generics will oversee the day to day operations of the Company.
