RSWM announces cessation of nominee director

With effect from 13 June 2014

RSWM announced that Export-Import Bank of India has withdrawn the nomination of T G Reghunathan from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. 13 June 2014. Accordingly, T G Reghunathan ceases to be Director of the Company w.e.f. 13 June 2014.
