Godrej Properties announces transfer of stake held in subsidiary

With reference to the earlier announcement about creation of the Residential Co-Investment Platform with the Dutch pension services provider APG led Global Investor Consortium, Godrej Properties announced that the Company along with its subsidiary Wonder City Buildcon (WCBPL) has entered into an agreement with Shubh Properties Cooperatief U.A, and others, to transfer 74.9% of the equity share capital held by the Company in WCBPL for its project at Sector 79, Gurgaon.

Pursuant to the above, WCBPL has ceased to be the Subsidiary of the Company post transfer of equity shares by the Company.
