Price band for IPO issue fixed
Sadbhav Engineering announced that pursuant to the resolution passed by the IPO Committee of Sadbhav Infrastructure Project on 21 August 2015, the following price band for the Issue has been fixed:Floor Price: Rs. 100 per Equity Share of Rs. 10 each; and
Cap Price: Rs. 103 per Equity Share of Rs. 10 each.
Further, the minimum Bid Lot has been affixed at 145 Equity Shares.
