Sangam Advisors fixes record date for bonus issue

Record date is 22 July 2014

Sangam Advisors announced that 22 July 2014 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of issue of Bonus shares in the ratio of 57:100 i.e. 57 (Fifty Seven) bonus equity shares for every 100 (Hundred) existing equity share issue as approved by shareholders at Annual General Meeting of the Company on 02 July 2014.
