Sarda Proteins will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 4 August 2015, to consider Un-audited Results for 30 June 2015,to consider the matter of appointment of Internal Auditor, & to consider the matter of calls in arrear for 1696500 shares for issuing Final notice for Forfeiture of shares in case of non payment of call amount with interest.
