Sathavahana Ispat standalone net profit rises 146.71% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 64.64% to Rs 342.05 crore

Net profit of Sathavahana Ispat rose 146.71% to Rs 12.36 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 5.01 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 64.64% to Rs 342.05 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 207.76 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 34.35 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against net profit of Rs 25.83 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 20.38% to Rs 1179.25 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 979.61 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
