Sequent Scientific allots equity shares

On conversion of shares

Sequent Scientific announced that the Company on 16 November 2015 has allotted 2,800,000 equity shares at a price of Rs. 236/- per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 226/- per equity share) to the promoter group entities against conversion of equivalent number of warrants held by them.
