Sharon Bio-Medicine announced that CS Archana Hemant Andhare, has resigned as a Company Secretary as well as Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 02 February 2015 and Viral Dilip Vora has been appointed as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer w.e.f. 02 February 2015.
