Shimoga Technologies fixes record date for reduction of capital

Shimoga Technologies has fixed 28 March 2014 as the record date for the purpose of (a) issue of new shares consequent to reduction in the capital of the Company and (b) to issue shares to the shareholders of Smiths & Founders (India) consequent to merger of Smiths & Founders (India) with Shimoga Technologies, as per the scheme of rehabilitation sanctioned by the Hon. BIFR.
