Shivalik Bimetal Controls will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 4 November 2015, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results(Prov.) for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2015 and to consider the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors. & to take note on Retirement of D J S Sandhu from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. August 20, 2015.
