Shivam Autotech fixes record date for stock split

Record date is 31 October 2014

Shivam Autotech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has fixed a Record Date of 31 October 2014 for the purpose of sub-division / stock split of Equity Share of Rs. 10/- per share of the company into 5 (five) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.
