Shoppers Stop allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Shoppers Stop announced that the Nomination and Remuneration & Corporate Governance Committee of the Company by circular resolution has allotted 26,172 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each, on account of exercise of vested Employee Stock Options by employees of the Company and its subsidiaries under ESOP 2008 Schemes on 20 June 2016.
