Shree Ajit Pulp and Paper announces change in FMP

At board meeting held on 19 September 2015

Shree Ajit Pulp and Paper announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held 19 September 2015, the following changes have occurred in KMP of the Company:-

1. Ghanshyamkumar G. Dobariya has resigned and ceased to be Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from 10 September 2015.

2. Vaibhav Netke has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from 11 September 2015.
