Shree Digvijay Cement Co. announces resignation of director

With effect from 13 January 2015

Shree Digvijay Cement Co. announced that Osvaldo Ayres Filho, a Director of the Company has resigned from his directorship with effect from the close of Business hours as on 13 January 2015. Accordingly, he ceased to be a Director of the Company from that date.
