Shreeyash Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 February 2015, to consider and take on record, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the period ended 31 December 2014, to appoint Internal Auditors in accordance with Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 13 of the Companies (Accounts) Rules, 2014.
