Shyama Infosys announced the appointment of M/S C.P. Jain & CO. - Chartered Accountants has been selected by the Company from the list of Forensic Auditors list provided by Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) for carrying out the Forensic Audit as mandated by SEBI under the supervision of the BSE.
