Scheme becomes effective from 17 May 2017
SMS Pharmaceuticals announced that the Company has filed the certified true copy of the Order of Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal sanctioning the scheme of arrangement between SMS Pharmaceuticals and SMS Lifesciences India with the Registrar of Companies on 17 May 2017.
