Snowman Logistics allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Snowman Logistics announced that Stakeholders Relationship Committee, at their meeting held on 28 January 2015 allotted:

1. 59,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each have been allotted to employees of the Company under the Snowman ESOP Scheme 2012 - 1st Grant (Exercise price - Rs.10.60)

2. 4,600 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each have been allotted to employees of the Company under the Snowman ESOP Scheme 2012 - 3rd Grant (Exercise price - Rs.15.40).
