Spandana Sphoorty Financial has allotted 400 13.25% Rated, Listed, Secured, Senior, Redeemable, Transferable, Non-Convertible Debentures, having the face value of Rs. 10,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs.40 crore fully paid, at par, on a private placement basis on 24 September 2020. The tenure of the instrument is 13 months.
