Subros announces change in directorate

With effect from 08 August 2016

Subros announced that Yasuhiro lida has been appointed as Director of the Company representing Denso Corporation, Japan in place of Y. Makino with effect from 08 August 2016.

Further, that Takashi Nagata has been appointed as an Alternate Director for Yasuhiro lida representing Denso Corporation, Japan with effect from 08 August 2016.
