Sundram Fasteners acquires 49.16% stake in TVS Infotech

From its subsidiary - Sundaram Fasteners Investments

Sundram Fasteners announced that the Company has acquired 49.16% of the equity share capital of TVS Infotech from Sundaram Fasteners Investments, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

With this acquisition, the Company has 49.16% equity stake in TVS Infotech while its subsidiary, Sundaram Fasteners Investments holds 13.10% of the equity share capital in TVS Infotech.
