Sunteck Realty announced that ICRA has assigned credit ratings to the company's various debt facilities as follows:

Proposed Commercial Paper (Rs 100 crore) - ICRA Al+ Assigned
Long Term - Fund Based TL (Rs 606 crore) - ICRA AA- ; Stable Assigned
Long Term- CC (Rs 215 crore) - ICRA AA-; Stable Assigned
Long Term- Unallocated (Rs 179 crore) - ICRA AA-; Stable Assigned
Proposed NCD (Rs 200 crore) - ICRA AA- ; Stable Assigned
