Surana Telecom & Power will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 October 2015 to consider the finalise and approve the draft scheme of arrangement and such other approvals in relation to merger of solar business of Bhagyanagar India Limited with Surana Telecom and Power Limited.
