Suzlon Energy allots equity shares
On conversion of FCCBs
Suzlon Energy announced that on 23 August 2015 it has allotted 38,95,536 equity shares of Rs 2 each on conversion of FCCBs. Post the allotment, the paid up share capital of the company is 502,43,98,950 equity shares of Rs 2 each.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
