Swan Energy update on change in shareholding of subsidiary

Swan Energy holds 63% stake in Swan LNG

Swan Energy announced that subsequent to the execution of the stakeholders' and share subscription agreement, Swan LNG, 100% subsidiary of the company till now has allotted its equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each to the following entities -

Gujarat State Petronet (8730 shares; 11% holding in Swan LNG)
Gujarat Maritime Board (11905 shares; 15% holding in Swan LNG)
FSRU Venture India One (8730 shares; 11% holding in Swan LNG)

After the allotments, Swan Energy holds 63% of the paid up equity share capital of Swan LNG.
