Perpetual Tier I Bonds (under Basel II) (Rs 777 crore) - CRISIL AA (placed on rating watch with positive implications)
Lower Tier II Bonds (under Basel II) (Rs 2225 crore) - CRISIL AA (placed on rating watch with positive implications)
