Syndicate Bank to hold board meeting

Syndicate Bank will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 31 March 2016, for considering issuance of equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each aggregating up to Rs 740.00 Crore by way of preferential allotment in favour of Government of India.
