Tamil Nadu Petro Products announces resignation of director

With effect from 24 August 2016

Tamil Nadu Petro Products announced that C. V. Sankar, IAS, (Retd.) Non-Executive Chairman and Director of the Company has resigned consequent to his superannuating on 31 July 2016.

As per Section 168 of the Companies Act, 2013, the resignation is effective from 24 August 2016, being the date of receipt of the letter of resignation.
